Twitter and the net is always gazed at Vincent’s amazing artwork. We couldn’t help it but try to get hold of him to tell us more about his his work and inspiration behind it.

Some people may study art so they can perfect and be great at it, but Vincent lived art which makes it even more perfect. Siyabonga Vincent Lebeko also known as VinDollar on his social media platforms was born on the 5th of march at Sasolburg hospital. “I grew up in a location called Deneysville well known as Vaaldam, I attended primary school at Tjhaba-Tsohle primary school then I attended Nomsa Secondary school for 3 years ( 2011 – 2013) because my parents relocated to Vereeniging where I started to attend another high school General Smuts High School going to grade 11 in 2014 “ he explains.

Vincent repeated grade 11 and matriculated in 2016 , “After matric I didn’t consider furthering my studies because I had no idea what I wanted to be. Then by the end of 2017 I saw a digital illustration on facebook, that motivated me to try and attempt to do it, so I went to YouTube looking for tutorials,” he said.

“Currently I am upgrading my matric results so that I can do fine art in university. My dream career is to become an animator or game designer hence I am keen to finish my studies and refine my skill,” Vincent tells us.

His Love for art started around grade 5 where he was drawing cars and Dragon BallZ characters. It’s true when they say when you are born with something no one can take that away from you. His work is truly remarkable and he has worked with amazing big people. “I have done work For SuperSport Rugby, before Rugby World cup 2019. My task was to illustrate Siya Kolisi, Elton Jantjies and Faf de  Klerk,” he says.

“I also did work for Skhumba, For Big Banger Comedy show 4 portraits. I have recently done 3 portraits for coach Rulani Mokoena. I usually work on commission,” he added.

His work will leave you at awe because by looking at it you can see that it comes from within and inspiring. “I have created #VinDollarArt on Twitter since I use my personal account @Vindollar016 to advertise  my work,” he told us.
