Women In Rugby – Webinar Series & Fundraiser

The Chris Burger Players Fund initiative

In the past the Chris Burger Players Fund have held very successful Women’s Day fundraising breakfasts, which you may remember. As the Players’ Fund adapts to the current global situation under immense financial pressure we are excited to launch into Women’s month with a 4-week series of rugby-related discussions focusing on women who are involved in the game.

These online, webinar style events will be held through Zoom every Thursday night in August from 19h30.

We’d love for you to join us every Thursday…

Women in Rugby sponsored by BrightRock in support of the Players’ Fund is a celebration of women in rugby, the ladies who take to the field and those who work behind the scenes making it all possible.

Our first guests for this week Thursday 6 August were Babalwa Latsha and Zintle Mpupha, who were interviewed by former Springbok Captain and current Chairman – Jean de Villiers.

Tickets are FREE, but you’ll need to register HERE in order to receive the link.
